but, today I no do much thing, I trained only v-sit, today I do 5 sets of 1 minute in V-sit in all day...
after in 2 days, I will train it;
5x1 Manna
3x2 L-sit lift to V-sit elevated weighted (15kg) in abdominal (for improve more the strenght in triceps when I do manna)
2x1 V-sit compress to L-sit full compression ( 4s V-sit - 4s L compression )--> It is for mantain my compression in sits.
5x1 Diamond press handstand
3x maximum time in straddle planche
3x10 slow push ups [6s decadence and 2s up]
3x30s isométric for pectoral superior and biceps
