@sayyywhat I count dal/rice /roti/ etc as sources of carbs not protein....it's not that significant anyway especially if I've to stay within 1750 caloriesm
@katherineeee they are significant if you are talking about a shortfall of 30 gms. Roti has 3-4 GM's of protein. 6 rotis means 20 gms. 100 GM's dal has 10-12.
