Realizing I'm getting O-L-D

@faithliness Im 40 and am just coming to the realization that I may have to quit hockey and volleyball if I want to keep working out.

Both shoulders, my right elbow, both hips, and my left knee are all fucked. Not from any specific acute injury, just from overuse at 40 years old.

It is preventing me from exercising as much as id like and really causing me to put on weight.

Can’t do even do a single push up right now because of shoulder pain. Cant do curls, rows, chin ups because of elbow and shoulders.

Knee pain preventing jumping and hip pain orevemting running…. Fffffffff
