The goal is weight loss at home, help/tips and recommendations are appreciated

Hello

ang goal ko po is to lose weight. Current weight is 95kg and goal weight ko po is at least 65kg for a normal BMI

my current weight loss routine:

- intermittent fasting(16/8) with calorie counting

- home workout videos

I'm planning to add walking outside since I have a new shift at work (morning)

Challenges

- Solo at home (I don't know how to cook, kaya I opt for food deliveries)

- Picky eater

- bad sleeping schedule, can usually sleep around 12mn - 1am(minsan 4 or 5am) and wake-up around 3am, (kailangan ko magdrive para ihatid mother ko sa bus stations, around 3am)

- Can't go to the gym(lack of budget)

My history of exercise

- I did 3 months of home workouts last 2020 with 20/4 intermittent fasting + calorie counting, my weight before then was 88kg and I lost 10kg

What I use to track my exercise

- Google Sheets, I log what time I started and ended my fasting, my calorie count(my net diary for calorie counter)

- I have a realme smart watch to track my steps

I lost my touch in exercising when I move into the province, dahil din sa new work schedule ko dati na 9pm-6am/5pm to 2am(shifting), nasa day 3 na ako ngayon ng pag exercise ko dito sa bahay, sinusundan ko lang yung work out na nakita sa youtube (here) medyo nagsasawa na po ako sa paulit ulit na workout, may mai-rerecommend po ba kayo na workout youtube video na pwede idagdag? plan ko po ay i-cycle, para maiba-iba ang pinapanood ko.

And can I ask for your recommendations/tips to improve my current routine?
