I am a 5’3” 28 M weighing in at just under 7 stones/98pounds). How do I bulk up? Goal is approx: 100 pounds

@peter_p Those five lifts are all great muscle builders. Instead of snack bars I’d try and eat bigger meals. Snack bars are still usually processed junk. If anything have something like peanuts instead of snack bars.
 
@thepapist Yeah I’m gonna follow the advice of that article and start with an empty bar just to lay the foundations.

Thanks for the peanuts suggestion, I Iloilo have a look into getting an adequate amount.
