Unconventional/overlooked glute builders for comatose (not just 'sleepy') booties!

@dawn16 Oh my gosh I think I’m dealing with this same injury now. It definitely hurts at the pelvic attachment-how did you rule out adductor? I’m so bummed - I’m still limping and it happened 3 weeks ago.
 
@godstiming When I ran enough on it, I’d feel the pain radiate into the meat of the muscle. It wasn’t sciatica, I had zero other symptoms. And that muscle was always soooooo tight but my adductor was fine.
 
@babyfacedave I am! 6 months of taking it easy plus regular active release massages after the PT regimen ended finally got rid of it. The glutes on that side are still weaker but at least it doesn't hurt when I run anymore.
