Vegan protein

Hey guys so I’ve been hitting the gym now for almost 3 years now. Went from around 140 pounds to 183. I’m 5’10 and so at this point, the mass can somewhat be seen. I started IF 16:8 or 18:6 for the last 3 weeks, with a 24 hour fast once a week, and a 4 meal feast day once a week. I make sure I have a minimum of 160-180 grams of protein and less than 2 weeks ago attempted going Keto at least 3x a week. I dropped my weight down to 178 but I’m afraid of if I’m losing muscle. A little over a year ago, I switched to a vegan protein that has a pretty complete BCAA profile. From what I’ve been reading recently, vegan protein is nowhere near as efficiently used by your body as whey. I get 56 grams of protein from my vegan protein in a smoothie but if what I’ve been reading is true, have I been getting closer to 110 grams of protein a day since my vegan protein may not be as good as I expected? I appreciate any insight you guys could provide me with
