Hello,
I typically use either upper/lower twice per week or UL/PPL routine 5 days per week, as my body seems to respond best to good volume and frequently training muscles. However, I've recently taken a job where my only opportunities will be Thurs - Sun at the gym and Mon/Tues/Weds with limited time, and kettlebells and a yoga mat...
So, I was thinking something like..
Mon - rest
Tues - bodyweight/ kettlebell
Weds - rest
Thurs - back/bis (gym)
Fri - chest/shoulder/tris (gym)
Sat - legs (gym)
Sun - upper (gym)
It's not ideal for rest but Imy Tuesday sessions will likely be sparodic and inconsistent, so I really want to make the most of the gym and don't think upper lower upper lower would allow sufficient rest
Any comments welcome!
