@caroline01 I’m not wearing my compression shirts out, but why not wear something snug? I was rocking the plus-size dad bod for a few years myself and it took a lot of work to get back.
@righteousbyfaith Large shirts became too tight and started becoming too short. I went with XLT for a bit but finally just went up to XL. I thought the XLT's flattered my physique but the right fitting XL shirt does so even more.
I picked up a couple of XL oversized t-shirts from Alphalete and love them. They accentuate my shoulders and give me a bit of the 80's bodybuilder vibe. Now I just need some parachute pants.
@righteousbyfaith I'm a big fan of oversized when out in public, now that I've put some size on. I feel like I'm showing off if I wear anything remotely fitting.
I used to be a lot smaller though. Like 115lbs small. So I wear tighter fitting clothing for the younger me that could never fill out a men’s small (or sometimes even an extra small)….I still wear men’s small tshirts but because I like filling them out fully.
Idk why I’m commenting, I usually just lurk and let the big guys do the talking, but I figured I’d chime in lol
@righteousbyfaith I like baggy clothing, but I think the oversized tee trend is getting ridiculous now. People walk around with their sleeves covering past their elbows. Those look silly to me.
