N neostarwcc New member Jul 20, 2024 #42 @jpaulhansen 275lb bench, 455lb deadlift. I haven't squatted in over 2 years. 200lb bodyweight. Want to get over 315lb on bench and 500lb on deadlift. Then will reassess from there.
