@stillstanding27 You just reminded me of when I pulled every single abdominal muscle when I had norovirus. I was walking around like a right angle for days.
@called2 Engaging your core correctly in all activities (walking, cleaning, stairs). Good posture. Learning to do proper stomach vacuums.
Or my fave: balance! Balance boards are really enjoyable for me. Or skateboarding/longboarding if you're into it. Also standing on one leg, holding yourself up, etc.
