What is the core equivalent of walking, i.e. a natural motion you can just do more of to use those muscles without “exercises”?

@called2 Engaging your core correctly in all activities (walking, cleaning, stairs). Good posture. Learning to do proper stomach vacuums.

Or my fave: balance! Balance boards are really enjoyable for me. Or skateboarding/longboarding if you're into it. Also standing on one leg, holding yourself up, etc.
