ive been trying several 2 day workout splits over the last months, unfortunately i cant go to the gym more often, as i go kickboxing twice a week too. now i have put together this split, basically a fullbody workout. but it it optimal?
or should i maybe split the two days more in a push and pull? or switch one of the two bench exercises for the others back exercise? or combine the leg extension and curl so i can superset those?
im looking for the most optimal working, but also time/energie efficient split. i cant just make a 2h workout, i would be too tired to do the last exercises.

Squat
Bench press
Leg curl
Incline bench
Bicep curl
Tricep pushdown bar
Day 2
Machine rows
RDL
Leg extension
Lat pulldown
Dumbell curl
Lateral raise
Tricep extension cable
