Hi! I'm trying to pick between the "Essential" and "Complete" multivitamins from Future Kind, but I'm finding it hard to make a decision.
The Essentials Vitamin comes with B12, Omega-3 (main reason why I think it's better) and Vitamin D. And it's 2/Day.
The Complete Vitamin doesn't have Omega-3, but it contains B12, Vitamin D & tons of other vitamins and minerals with probiotics & digestive enzymes.
Someone said they take only 1 Essential Vitamin per day because it is more than enough (based on VeganSociety Metrics), so I'm wondering if I can use both Multivitamins (taking one Essential & one or two of Complete) for a good combination.
Another option is getting the Complete Vitamins & a separate Omega 3 supplement (or I can add Chia seeds to my diet)?
What do you guys think? I've been vegan for a year now, but haven't done so well with my plant based diet (trying to improve). Thanks for the help!
