Why is 60 minutes classes the standard? 90 minutes classes would be much more efficient

@bldssphq Most average peoples back squat maxes out between 135 and 185 and takes them about 3 lifts to warm up for, they don't need 34min

@bldssphq I'm planning on going twice a day, early morning (5am), and last session at night (6pm) once my body adapts better to Crossfit style workouts
