@yac11 Well done on your progress so far! It's definitely diet that changes everything. And weighing food is a must for me as it's so easy to under estimate. Your sample day of meals looks pretty good to me. Maybe start using my fitness pal to track your food so you can see what areas need work, eg: more protein/fats/carbs. Also you can see how many calories you're eating and adjust accordingly. Make sure you drink lots of water and stay hydrated. This also helps food digest a lot easier. Keep going!
@oof_what thnaks for the tips. i have a coach that gives me the meal plans so i think she has the numbers she's going to teach me how to do it myself so i hope its not that complicated
