@bornoptimist Depending on the specifics of the diet you're coming from and currently eating, it wouldn't be unusual to regularly get more fiber in a single sitting than you may have in 1-3 days prior. So of course there's a lot more bulk.

@bornoptimist Yep, 3 to five times a day for me depending on the volume of food I eat. And it takes me no time at all, not much longer than taking a pee.
@bornoptimist When I first went plant based I had massive gorilla shits. You adapt eventually and you have normal bowel movements when your guts learn to break down things more efficiently
@bornoptimist When I first switched to vegan I was shitting like 3-4 times in the morning right when I woke up. Now though I'm at once a day, always in the morning just like before.
@bornoptimist Is it solid? If yes, then ok. If not then try to find what causes it. For me it was tons of fruit in the morning shake + tons of legumes. Lowered them both, increased grains and now it's great.
