1MP - 1 Million Push-Up Challenge (50k update)

@fragilewingz When I was in my 30s I used to do around 400 to 500 a day. 6 days a week. You're body will tell you when you need rest.

True way I did it was sets of 50 and differing types of pushups from normal to wide to diamond even 2 finger and knuckle. It was great and I enjoyed them. I wish I had counted the total amount.

Challenges! That’s insane at 600 in one day! My most was 500 in a day. Also REST is essential. I realized after my first 15k challenge in 30 days that you so need rest days lol
