100 Push-up Challenge at 50 BPM

@thomasleonard I personally think that’s in respectable territory, and for a recreational lifter, way above average

Keep at it and you’ll break the 3 plate barrier for reps
 
@roemknz People should do burpee challenges instead of push-up challenges. I see no value in these, these challenges seem to me more like a party trick than anything else. Burpees, on the other hand, give you good overall fitness and pretty good cardio, and are better for joints because you do fewer reps.

I think I could do 100 pushups with a good tempo, but I have never done it. Most I've gone was 70 consecutive with leftover adrenaline from grappling training before. I just quit, not from exhaustion but it just seemed wrong to do this to my body. And don't get me wrong I like push-ups, and variations of push-ups but that is destroying your body.
