Although mabagal progress ko since na injure ko shoulder na nirehabilitate, ngayon balik ulit sa buhat

Cardio,
Body Weights (Pag nasa shift, since pang gabi ako.),
Free Weights pag gising.

Prothin, Chicken, Eggs, Fish, less rice more veggies at fruits.

Also naka combo din na Intermittent Fasting

Just lost 4 pounds last month, sa previous months 1-2 pounds lang kinaya.
