@throwaway I don't think there is a concern with women climbing over the log, but rather a unfair disadvantage of throwing the sandbag over the log.

@jonjones229 If this workout turns out to be as much about the sandbags as the muscle ups, then Fikowski should do very well. He's the best left in the field at strongman events and his height will be a big advantage in getting the 200lb bag over the log

@kennybest Probably not having to get boosted over the log: I consider it only a smart tactic to save the women’s energy and explosive power. Sure it can also take time but hey, you win some you lose some.

@lisa1971 The last log is pretty high, I would guess roughly 6ft. That is definitely easier for taller athletes. So I don’t think that Roman is losing a lot of points in that event.
