2023 NoBull CrossFit Games IE5 - Ski-Bag Discussion Thread

@provokeradio It feels like the there’s a half dozen moments like these at each year’s games where the rules or results are unclear, but CrossFit never makes a statement. Seems unlikely anything will come of it.

@provokeradio He should be. It wasn't the standard. Maybe it would be the same outcome but he can't be cutting corners when others are being forced to more

@provokeradio Yeah, it's not clear whether they had to go past the dashed line before starting work. If it's the solid line, then he was smart to do it.

@provokeradio Considering how outrageous last year was about people skipping whole rounds and not being penalized I’d wouldn’t hold your breath. But he absolutely should, the judges were waving everyone forward past the dotted lines.

@jonjones229 Not judging cuz I def can’t lift that bag but I thought they’d be cycling through these squats more quickly considering their squats are significantly higher than 200lbs. Nick Mathew’s speed on that last round is what I thought they were all going to do
