@williamandcarol I think this was in the open last year but there was an open announcement with deadlift burpee ladder and Horvath and Lawson went head to head. Laura crushed her. It’s been amazing seeing Lawson’s prowess develop as an athlete!

@jonjones229 Can someone explain the movement standards on the box jumps? Some of the feet take off and landing look questionable but is it not a rule both feet have to take off and land at the same time?

@n0nbeliever I don’t think there was a 2-foot landing standard for the top of the box. Everyone looked like they were doing a 2-foot take-off from the floor as far as I noticed. And they weren’t allowed to do rebounding jumps.

@n0nbeliever It’s a box jump over, so standards are a bit different as far as landing.

@n0nbeliever I get what you’re saying. But I also feel like after what they have been through physically, they can get over a box however they want. I’d still be out there trying to flip the pig over. Lol
