@lembal I found small flat pushup bars to work best for that, as they are light and short while still being stable. You can actually see them from the middle of the video

@jesiah Hey, just wondering, why do you use the grips/dumbbells? Why not just go on the regular floor? I find that when doing/holding a handstand finger and wrist control is essential, having that wider base doesn't allow you to develop that strength very much...
