6 V-sit press handstand / 5 straddle L press handstand

Mind me asking just quickly what you did to get this far, any recommended exercises and stretching?

In time I have good flexibility and I need some strenght in trapeze, shoulders for up the body... Some good exercice is pike press handstand in wall (good for lombar zone and trapeze/shoulder) and for compression v-ups weighted, leg raises and it;
