A recap of my transition from running and cycling to kettlebell training

@equinelover Impressive walk through! I think this is super inspiring for a lot of people. I 've been in a similar path (except I was too lazy and cheap to go for simple). Started with bells in 2017, finished rop twice last year and now transitioning to double 24s.

My sport is BJJ (thing of the past and the future, not training nowadays because ... well should I say?) and it has always felt better while training with kbs.

I'm interested in running a bit now, just for the sake of going outside.

Super nice to read more about people in the sub! Thanks for taking the time mate!

@equinelover Is that a Heartbreakers singlet? You're probably in my area- I'm a member to that group that is on your race bib!

I'm also a runner and had been marathon training for the past 7-8 years before taking a break during Covid...now I'm trying to get back into kettle bells to hopefully fix some of the imbalances, inflexbilities and weaknesses I've developed over the years of doing almost predominantly running (desk job probably hasn't helped). Doing S&S now and would probably move on to RoP like you did next, but also want to start working running back into it. Thanks for sharing your work so far!
