For a firm toned stomach, exercise the abdominals with regular training sessions.

Work on your diet, stick to a decent regime when it comes to exercise and before you know it you’ll be able to see those abs you’ve always wanted.

I know this sounds easy, when read in written form. Yes, but for many this simple solution to fitness can be difficult.

Workout Structure:

Push up w/ Alternating Lunges

3 sets x 10 x 8 x 6

Squat Hold & Twist

3 sets x 8

Complex DB core Exercise

2 sets x 6 x 7

Push up w/ Alternating Lunges

3 sets x 10

Single Leg V - ups

4 sets x 8

Start slowly, increasing intensity as strength and ability builds.
