@lorpro Awesome write up. Crazy progress even for a non-beginner. I actually did the old RR back in 2016 and found the volume to be pretty low. I had to mess around with parameters to get the results I wanted and still felt like my progress was slow. Still, the RR was a great start to my own fitness journey and managed to recomp as a skinny fat at 6'0 180 within my first year. Congrats man!
