@uzezi Cool. Okay, you win. Let’s forget I ever mentioned body fat. I can see muscle definition I never had when I was younger, I’m living without pain which I got from HIIT and shitty teachers and I just wanted to spread the good word about Lia Bartha and her version of Pilates/low impact exercise after reading about other people struggling on this sub.
@lynnmarie143 I lift weights and I also find a lot of strength from yoga, perhaps you’ve not done yoga that increases strength. But crow, planks, boat, tree etc etc etc all require lots of strength .
@lynnmarie143 I’ve not really done much of her older stuff. Regardless. There are some incredibly strong and lean yogis out there, it’s remiss to say it doesn’t do much for strength. As for body fat , referring back to my initial comment, that’s largely down to diet .
