Anyone got a good recommendation for a bike mount thing so I can spin at home?

Hey smarter ppl than I, with gyms closed and me being cold in Canada, any tips on what to look for in those things you mount bikes on? There seems to be a wide variety of price points, I'm wondering if the cheap 40 dollar ones are okay?
