Anyone running Dan Johns 8-week ABC Bodybuilding Program?

@josephhayes Rounds for ABC depends where I am in the cycle. I’m in week 3 so on my one day ABC I’ll hit about 12-15 rounds. The following week will be splitting that in two for a higher total amount.

So one day 7 rounds and other 9 or 10.

Yes in press rep guide. I’m doing the 2,3,5 and working up to 10 total sets of that for the final week.

I find that easier mentally than the 2,3,5,10 x5.
 
@justagirl72 Agreed. Been doing it for 3 weeks now. Doing long cycl for the press only to get more work in cleans. Hitting that x10 number is so hard. I am doing lighter and longer on the 2x a week, weeks, and getting that x10. But on heavier day, only doing 2,3,5,5,2,3,5,5
