App for ideal progress

Are there any, preferably free, apps that keep track of progress but also set goals to hit? I’m hoping to find something that takes into account your full body workout for the week and sets an ideal goal for each muscle group.

Like if I’m benching X, I should be hitting Y on incline, Z on squats, etc. I know those are “unrelated” groups, but I had a coach in high school that set goals like this based on percentages. I’d like to have a little more instruction now that I lift more seriously.

I currently use JEFIT before anyone asks.

Thanks in advance guys!

@irishkid777 I personally use an app called "Caliber", it's completely free for everything training related, and you can create your own split; it even gives you a strength score and assesses which body parts are over/underdeveloped.

@irishkid777 BoostCamp is hands down the best one out there, IMO. There's a paid version that comes with extra features but it's not needed unless you want those. It's really damn good.

@irishkid777 I think Alpha Progression kind of does what you're talking about. It's not free though, $60/year. I've never used it but I want to give it a try. They have a plan generator that tells you what you should be hitting on each lift on each session I believe.

@starmesmom Alpha Progression is what I use and it's great for making your own plans. The AI thing that designs workout plans for you is shite, but it does automatically recommend to increase weight and reps with the paid version.

You can get a lot done on it without paying though so give it a try

@irishkid777 Hmm, this is bodybuilding right?
A xlb flat bench doesn’t translate to a y lb incline press or x lb cable flye.
A 500 lb squat doesn’t guarantee nice looking quads or glutes…
It’s a feel thing and the progression is unbelievably simple..add reps or weight workout to workout, week to week, month to month etc. Any app that tracks that works but those that can track drop sets and total volume really help.

@irishkid777 Liftosaur is crazy good but has a learning curve. Lifetime is a good deal.

Hevy is simple but very good. Inexpensive

Strengthlog is great and the free version is really good. Once you get used to it, its nice.

Boostcamp is nice but way too $$$

Google sheets is fully customizeable and 100% free

Strong is a bad version of Hevy.
