@nickale I lost over 100 lbs with high protein, low carb, portion control. It cannot be a diet, it has to be a lifestyle change. There are so many cooking videos on YouTube that can at least give you ideas. Prepping your food and knowing what you are going to eat for the next few days really help, as you are not going to go grab "anything " because you are hungry right now! You also need to teach your body and mind to know when you are GENUINELY hungry as opposed to just wanting something because it's time to snack or bad habits. It took 10 months for me to to loose 100 lbs.
