@fjdajfkldajkbfejfnsiqn Where is the weakness? It could be a flexibility issue. I can only do pushups if I grip dumbbells instead of hands flat on the floor, because the arthritis in my wrist makes it too painful too bend my hands enough.
@fjdajfkldajkbfejfnsiqn You should also work on your core strength with planks. A stable core makes just about any movement easier, but especially push ups.
