@layla You can get so much from calisthenics. During COVID, I was at the park everyday and I got in pretty good shape. Go to YouTube. There are many good channels on YouTube. Look up Calimove. Also, check out park workout. Those guys are really in good shape with only calisthenics. Good diet too.
Plenty of programs you can follow. You can check out my routine for free, but its just one drop in the ocean. There are infinite options with or without the equipment you already have, with loads of information for free, and plenty you can pay for as well.
@layla Look up body weight exercises. I had a program I was following online called fitness blender. It was no equipment. You could still lift heavy objects to simulate cross fit type workouts
