@zeena813 Our gym has the name we call it (basically the owners surname, e.g. Smith's) then a boring ass proper name which is used for comps etc
Use your name. Which I'm assuming is McFitface lol
@zeena813 I used to go to a box with a real strong girl who's last name is 'Brohard'. I told her that absolutely needs to be the name of a CrossFit affiliate.
@zeena813 From an SEO (search engine) perspective, going with your local city name might be a good option. It might help with visibility. For example, "Crossfit Wichita".
And for the love of Pete, don't do a "number" crossfit! Those are the worst (i.e. "Crossfit 945891"). I don't want to have to do math when I'm remembering a gym name.
@zeena813 I think they stopped allowing city names as gym names a while back. Existing gyms were obviously grandfathered in though. If your city has a nickname you can always do that instead.
@zeena813 Go with the local name or something that is relevant to your area. For example, I’m in wv and the box I go to is called Country Roads Crossfit.
I'm personally a fan of "______ CrossFit"... Everyone is CrossFit "fancy word goes here", it might sound stupid, but if separates you. You can also be like, "I'll see you at MWCF later"
