Doing the RR twice a week for 6+ years: a review (average guy, 32yo)

@sparkspaco To me it seems you haven't really read (or understood) what I have been writing. The workout routine I'm doing right now quite clearly isn't for beginners (I've laid it out at the end of the original post) and yes, I could advance even further - but that's not my goal and I've laid out my reasons why ;) And since I'm a lazy fuck, my current routine still challenges me...
 
@egspirit I too have previously done the RR twice a week. I’d be curious to know if you are still making progress in terms of reps or progressions.
Also, how long do you spend on the RR?
