Experiencing weird right upper ab stomach strain, am I working out too hard?

I didn’t work out abs at all today , I did a dumbbell press that’s about 20 pounds each side, did 20 reps for 6 sets. Then did each arm Lat pull dumbbells for 28-30 pounds, for 10 reps for 6 sets.
Then shoulder dumbbell presses 20 pounds-20 reps for 6 sets.

As a finisher, 15 pound dumbbell shoulder raises 15 reps , for 5 sets.

I took my preworkout 1 scoop before the workout, had half a gallon of water during my workout .

Then I experience this weird upper right side of the stomach strain before I go to bed. Am I working out too hard? It’s like the upper right ab.
 
@mudachi Side stitches is the term for a pain you get in the side form over exertion. Like you're running and your side suddenly hurts, that's what he's talking about about.
 
@johanna03 Ohhhh , I see, I’ve never heard of that term so I thought he meant like a general open wound stitch. Thanks for explaining!
Do you by chance suggest what I do if I feel this way? Or prevent from feeling this way?
