Isa sa mga goals ko this year is ma-achieve and 10k steps a day pero now ko lang siya nagawa I work from home so it really was a challenge and ilang months ko dinelay mag purchase ng walking pad kasi namamahalan ako. A month ago, I bit the bullet.
Also, do you have recommendations on footwear? I initially tried to walk barefoot pero ang sakit sa paa, so I have been using my Crocs and it's so much better. I am the type na the less effort, the better kaya yung mga exercises ko lang are low impact like walking and yoga so I don't have to change into workout clothes. If you've read Atomic Habits, you'll know isa to sa mga tips na to lessen the obstacles so it's easier to fulfill/build the habit. Pero I'm also concerned na baka not having the proper footwear will result to injury, so in the name of safety, footwear recos are welcome. Thank you!
