@iomlk23 Yes! Too often we let this kinda stuff ruin the rest of our day. Once you start intentionally turning it around, it’s kind of addicting. I love that this works in everyday situations like dinner too. Thanks for sharing!
 
@hillsong2014 That's so awesome! I'm a huge believer in the rule of "might as well." You're there, so you might as well work out! I started putting on my workout leggings and wearing them to bed so in the morning when I'm tempted to sleep in I realize that I'm in slightly uncomfortable pants already and I might as well work out.
 
@armana I think the caveat that people miss is that the clothes should be clean lol. I tell people and they look horrified until I clarify that I’m not sleeping in sweaty clothes!!
