Guys I made a workout log (hopefully print-friendly) for the Recommended Routine in r/bodyweightfitness

@tbenedetto I really like how you split out the wrist warmup into each separate exercise, I can never remember all of them without watching the video. As a side note, I think it would be great if there were a way to track your progress through the weeks so you can see how you're progressing or if there are any places you've stagnated. Very cool though, thanks for sharing!
 
@briannaa How long is your rest between set? They recommend 90 seconds rest after each exercise and there is 27 exercises per workout. That mean 40 minutes of rest.
 
@antnf8900 I think you could use it but on the BWF’s wiki recommendation is that if you are a complete beginner (never exercised before or a long time) then you should probably do the BWF Primer but if you did some exercise and want to get into callisthenics then you should do the RR which is the one I made here
