O osuchrissyosu New member Jun 8, 2024 #4 @andrewjacksonjihad I would cut weight OR volume by half, but not both at the same time. But hey, everyone is different.

J jackier293 New member Jun 9, 2024 #5 @andrewjacksonjihad I don't lift, I do other active stuff like walk, jog, hike, or play volleyball. If I'm feeling really beat up I will do even less, maybe just go for walks and stretch.

W wryetui New member Jun 10, 2024 #6 @andrewjacksonjihad My last deload week I went from 3 sessions to 1, and cut volume in half. Weight was the same. I put it in a middle day, to keep the patterns fresh for next week I took a lot more walks that week to feel like I was doing something
