How do y’all approach a deload week? I’m definitely gonna cut the weight by half but I’m not sure about the volume. Do I cut that I half too?

@andrewjacksonjihad My last deload week I went from 3 sessions to 1, and cut volume in half. Weight was the same. I put it in a middle day, to keep the patterns fresh for next week

I took a lot more walks that week to feel like I was doing something
