How do you know when not to do a second crossfit workout in the same day?

@truthnotfiction I do the normal class wod and lift in the AM and then an additional lifting session at night because I feel like the scheduled lifts built into our program just can’t cover everything needed for full body coverage in a week of 15 min sessions. Also, I have friends I like hanging out with in both the mornings and night classes 😃
