How do you make exercise not about weight loss?

@uticus I got rid of my scale and started doing workouts that make me feel strong. It's really hard unlearning how to equate exercise with weight loss, and needing to be smaller. But I promise it gets easier, and you learn to love feeling powerful in the gym ❤️
 
@uticus Get out of your comfort zone/established routine and find a sport or workout vein that you actually enjoy! The desire to get better through training will take care of the rest.
