I’m struggling with protein

@thedalo Before covid I was an avid gym goer. My primary source of protein were soy beans, lentils, beans, sprouts, whole wheat and nuts and seeds. Never had any problems with gains. Never developed man boobs. Never experienced low libido. In short, eat soy everyday. You have nothing to worry.

For reference, I used to consume 30-35g of protein from soy alone, per day.
 
@thedalo On days I work out I will have two protein shakes; RAW brand is my favorite. A snack every day of One brand protein bar. Lunch and dinner is a mixture containing Field Roast vegan sausage, peas and Pea or Lentil Pasta. I usually make a large batch on Sunday evening and another one Wednesday. I can easily hit 180 to 200g a day with this.
 
@thedalo Beans, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, pea protein shakes, most whole grains are good, peanut butter, nuts. We really only need about .8-1 g/kg of bw if you do moderate workouts. Maybe more like 1.2g/kg if you are into intense workouts/bodybuilding.
