I achieved the pistol squat on my left leg after 0.5 years of training!

@heterosaxual Well it's good that you had very clear self awareness. Mine was a also strength. Because I was okay with doing negatives. So I gradually removed the support while coming up. It took some time.
 
@marathigoodboy I have a very weird problem with pistol squats.

I have enough ankle flexibility and leg strength, but I cannot keep my leg straight in the air.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
