I have to eat 1/3 of my calories before bed or I can't sleep..

@christopher30 Last time I ate a little more on a daily basis I also just weighed a little more than I wanted... but It's been a few years since I attempted to eat more consistently. My metabolism isn't optimal. These days I'll allow for a cheat day or meal a few times a month and as long as I consume enough of the calories close to bed it works out for sleep.
