Im going to planet fitness to start a workout routine

So far I have warmup

Squats w shoulder press
Reverse lunges
B stance rdl
Gorilla rows
Jump squats
Sumo squat chest press
Plank rows
Plank shoulder taps
Regular planks

And cooldown

Is this too much?

Meant to say im 19f and trying to gain. Im at 95 lbs rn 😭

go to the lyle mcdonald generic bulking routine planet fitness modification. if you are not bulking then eat to maintain your bodyweight and you will be toning whatever that term means.

apologies if this is one size fits all but programming is such a nuanced topic that usually a generic routine focused on just putting weight onto the bar/machine over time is genuinely what will provide the best results
 
@wort01 That’s a solid workout for a beginner. Also, I think a good workout for beginners is just that 30 minute exercise room. It has a good amount of muscle/cardio balance.
