Multi fitness machine

Hello all,

Started working out a month ago with barbell training in the home gym(so shit noob here). The training I do is a full body workout spread over a week but lately I noticed my weights are not challenging anymore.

Now before I rush to the store to buy more weights or a new barbell, my wife bought this multi fitness thingy where you can go a lot higher in weight and at which you can perform a multitude of exercises.

As I am a shit noob I was wondering if anyone can help me ik telling if you can do a full body workout on this and if so if someone can help me make a schedule?
