I always considered to buy a program from jeff nippard but since my own programs worked pretty great for me i haven’t. I like to be more spontaneous in the gym instead of following a strict plan. But I developed the frame for my own workout from jeff nippard, for example the ~20 sets per body part per week rule and so on.
@heavenhome Nice work. Adding more volume seems to be the theme here. Do you use the RPE scale or simply count the reps and add weight when you feel it's appropriate?
@chandler50 Yes, monday you can start with legs, so within the weeks, your push-/pull-/legdays alternate, and you can choose your restdays whenever you want
